The Beach House at Caswell Beach

This oceanfront home is located in the Caswell Beach area of beautiful Oak Island, NC. Within walking distance of the Oak Island Lighthouse, this home features panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Bald Head Island and historic Southport.

SmartTV with DVR and Blu-ray home theatre in the living room, as well as an antenna box for local news providing a total of 26 channels. SmartTVs in each bedroom. Nintendo Wii game system. Board games, books, and puzzles. Wireless high-speed internet access. Upstairs and downstairs covered porches with ocean views and furniture. Dune-top Deck with benches at end of the private beach boardwalk, rebuilt in spring of 2023. Street side screened porch with sofa, chairs, and rocker. Outdoor shower in the garage with hot and cold water. Hardwood floors, carpeting in all bedrooms and ceiling fans throughout. Fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops.

For guests that are allergic to pets, please note that while pets are not allowed for guest stays, both dogs and cats may occasionally be present during owner reservations.

The Beach House is a beautiful and extremely well-kept property. The owners take pride in making sure you have all the “stuff” to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped for a large crowd, toys in the basement for kids. Beautiful sunset porch as well a quiet screened-in porch for reading. If you rent, be considerate and kind to this beautiful house.

The perfect property with every cooking tool A 5 bedroom house should have. We cooked for 12 every night. There were Games, movies, skim boards, kid toys/wading pools, you name it. Lovely!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely beachfront home. Everything about the experience was great! My first impression when we walked in was how CLEAN it was. Very nice. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, with plenty of beds for everyone and ceiling fans in every bedroom. The kitchen is amazingly well stocked with everything you can think of, plus plenty of dishes for a large crowd. The sunset views from the living room deck are beautiful. There are plenty of sand toys and boogie boards too, but you should plan to bring your own chairs and umbrellas. Dena was a delight to work with when we had questions. A GREAT experience, and I would gladly rent this home again.

We would highly recommend this home. Everything was very clean, organized and well cared for. If you have never visited Oak Island, please consider it. The area is very beautiful and quiet. We have visited the island many times over the last 20 years. We will definitely stay in this home again!

What a perfect location, home and kitchen! The home was clean, and the beds were comfy. There were 3 adults and 4 teens. The bedroom layout was exactly what we needed. Teens shared bathroom and 2 adults shared a bath on the lower level. The kitchen had everything we needed. We cooked all meals with the exception of ordering pizza one evening. We had plenty of dishes, drink ware, and utensils to only need to run the dish washer once a day. Storage containers, pots, pans, baking dishes, mixers, and a tea kettle were all available. The dining room had plenty of seating. Being right on the beach was so convenient. The neighborhood was quiet. We were able to bike to Oak Island. We spent every morning drink coffee on the front or ocean front porch. Dena was very gracious to answer any questions we had.
