Interior steps to second level that leads to two bedrooms and loft with extra sitting area with game table, ceiling fans throughout. Books, games and puzzles.

OIA has gone way beyond to help us make this rental happen!! Originally planned for spring, an accident made it impossible to make. Thanks to REAL customer care and service they made it happen. The location is great. House is more than enjoyable with space and comfort. Right on the beach...which is why you go to the beach, right? Communications were superb in that my questions were answered by their regular email updates. I strongly suggest OIA for sure...and this "spot" is so wonderful!!

The house is perfect for a family vacation. The kitchen is well-equipped. The loft offers a place to play games and do puzzles. The best part of the rental is the deck. Plenty of space for a large family to sit and enjoy the view of the beach. This our second time staying here and it won’t be our last.
