Enjoy the incredible sunrises and sunsets from the covered private balcony with furniture and wrap-around deck! Seasonal pool on premises, shared outdoor shower with cold water, next to ocean walkway. Oak Island Golf Club and restaurant across the street. Walking distance to the beach club. Nightly rentals available with a 3-night minimum.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Though pets are not allowed, please note that occasionally a dog may be present during an owner stay for those guests who are allergic to pets.

The unit is in a wonderful location, close to beach access, with plenty of available parking (covered and uncovered), and I could see both the sunrise and sunset from the patio.

Lovely place on the beach with nice amenities. We were there the week of the gas crisis but were able to enjoy the beach and make short trips. Overall, great trip and accommodations.

Thanks for finding us this nice condo for our family to get together to remember loved ones that have just passed. Part of our family is from England and had to go back so this was a last minute trip. It was a nice condo and the staff was very friendly. Thanks.
