This vacation rental welcomes up to one dog per reservation year-round and for off-season monthly rentals.

Four flat screen TV's with extended cable, wireless internet. Tile floor in main living, dining, kitchen, and bathrooms. The carpeting in bedrooms. Large screened-in back porch with access from two bedrooms. Well-appointed home with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, dining for six at the table plus four stools at the kitchen bar. Baby gate. Approximately 2½ blocks to beach access. Gas and charcoal grills. Few steps to Shagger Jack's restaurant and other businesses. Corn hole game. Parking for two cars, boats cannot be parked at the property. Property only allows small dogs (20 lbs or less). Off-season monthly but pets MUST be approved prior.

The amenities were awesome. Well kept, both decks were great size. Bedrooms were plenty big, and bathrooms were adequate size also, everything you needed during vacation stay

My daughter & I spent a week at the lovely Joyce's Dream. It is a very close to Shagger Jack's, the beach & the Intracoastal Waterway. Very nice amenities. Dog can enter the fenced backyard via the screened in back porch.

Joyce's dream was a wonderful place to stay. It was very updated and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal.
