70in FSTV in living area, plus each bedroom has 32in TV. Wireless internet, unlimited long-distance phone. Hardwood floor and tile on 1st level, carpet and tile on 2nd level. Dining room table seats 12, additional drop-leaf table seats four, with 16 dining room chairs available. Also, a game table with four chairs. Covered deck 1st level, deck off Oceanfront bedrooms both levels. Hot tub on OF deck, Gazebo on Deck to beach. Hot/Cold Rinse off shower ground level and cold rinse off on deck from beach. Great views from all decks.

New in 2022: New carpet in bedrooms, new beach-themed paint, and new Queen-sized mattresses and bedding upstairs. The main floor has a new kitchen sink and air fryer while the outside added a park charcoal grill so you can bring your own charcoal and grilling tools to enjoy your favorite grilled dinner.

This was our first time using Oak Island accommodations and by far this was the best experience with a realty company. The staff was super friendly and answered all questions. The house we rented was very clean and had everything you would need. We will definitely be using Oak Island Accommodations next time!

Island retreat offers excellent front beach access which is nearly perfect. The 7 bedrooms makes it comfortable for a large family and the dining and living areas are very nice. We have reservations for next year which will be our 3rd summer in this house. Our kids love the easy access between the beach and the house which makes the care and feeding of our grandkids really convenient.

Island Retreat easily accommodates a large group with plenty of seating, a large dining room table, and a well-stocked kitchen, and it is beautifully decorated throughout. Our group enjoyed being able to listen to our favorite music over the outdoor sound system while sitting in the gazebo or relaxing in the hot tub. And the direct beach access is great! We will definitely consider staying at the Island Retreat again.

The decks, gazebo and outdoor furniture are a real plus for this house. The gazebo with the benches and rocking chairs allowed for many of us to get out of the sun but still feel like we were on the beach during the hotter parts of the day. An enclosed outside hot and cold shower would be a great addition to this house.

Great home for many reasons! The gazebo is perfect for those who want to be near the beach but not in the sun. Morning coffee there is most pleasant! The home is well-furnished and comfortable. We've already booked for next year!

This house is absolutely beautiful and is very spacious for 18 people. We would definitely rent this home again. The only thing that was an issue was the cooking. The pots and pans I felt were to small for the amount of people. If you wanted to cook for everyone it took a lot longer.
