Ceiling fans throughout. Oceanview covered porch with furniture, private beach access across the street with gazebo. Seasonal pool / hot tub and charcoal grill on-premises. Nightly rentals are available with a 3-night minimum. Available for off-season monthly rentals.

The Yaupon Dunes pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Please note dogs may occasionally be present during an owner stay for those guests allergic to pets.

I have stayed at a lot of units at Yaupon Dunes and this one was one of the best! Most comfortable beds! Everything was stocked in the kitchen for cooking needs and it was just decorated so nice! We loved it!

The staff at OIA are five stars awesome. I needed special accommodations for my spouse and they steered me to a unit that fit very well overall. My rating would be five stars overall had I not found several non-functional electrical issues which we worked around.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is a very easy walk to the beach even for my older parents. Super close to the pier and a couple of restaurants as well. Everything was in working order. We did not really have enough blankets since we needed the pull out sofa bed for the little kids so take a couple extra but otherwise, adequate. If I could have wished for anything it would have been a small laundry basket and the pantry to be cleaned out so you could actually put something in there. It was a perfect location and plenty of space. We would stay there again!
