Four bedrooms and 2 baths. Private in-ground seasonal pool. All bathrooms are shared between the bedrooms. Four CCTV's (one 42"; one 43"HD), Digital TV, DVD Player, VCR. Books, games, puzzles, videos, ceiling fans. Hand mixer, blender, toaster, two toaster ovens and a crock pot. Covered porch, deck on front and back providing fantastic ocean views and waterway views. Direct beach access across the street with ramps for wheelchairs, outdoor shower. Nightly rentals available off season only with a three-night minimum.

Please Note: While this was formerly a six bedroom property, beginning in 2024, this unit will only be available as an upstairs duplex with four bedrooms and two baths. The downstairs portion will no longer be available for short term rentals.

We love OKI and staying at Friendship Lodge, this was our fifth year in the same house, it suits our family's size and needs perfectly. I would encourage anyone to check out Oak Island for your family vacation. We've visited every year for over 20 years. We made wonderful memories on Oak Island.

Friendship Lodge has everything needed to accommodate a large social crew. We loved the proximity to beach access, the Fish House, and the end of the island. Excellent rental property! We look forward to booking again!
