I loved the location because it was close to the beach and to stores. We had a perfect view of the ocean because there was no house directly in front. I liked the big front yard because we could sit on the porch without being so close to the traffic noise. I loved the big open kitchen with a table big enough to seat 10 people. I appreciated that the front porch had plenty of seating for everyone.

Conscious Sedation is a beautiful house, well appointed with quick walking access to the beach. It's Overall location on the island is excellent, with short distances to stores and local eating establishments.

Great home for just about anyone. We had 2 generation of family vacationing. The family with kids stayed upstairs and the older group had the main floor. The home was about a 2 minute walk to the beach with quick access to the beach if you wanted to go for a walk. The home was super clean. Home was nicely layed out and was very new. Kitchen was well equipped, even had a crock pot. Great beach rental.

Conscious Sedation lives up to its name...it makes you relax and forget reality. We loved the fully stocked kitchen, newly redecorated interior and new flooring was perfect. A very spacious and relaxing home. Loved the view from the covered porches. We will be returning to this property next year.
