This vacation rental welcomes up to one dog per reservation year-round and for off-season monthly rentals.

Two Smart TV's (one-42", one- 32" with DVD and two 32" Smart TVs in guest bedrooms), one VCR, DVD players, and wireless Internet access. Videos, DVDs, CD's, games, puzzles, books, highchair, pack-n-play, and downstairs storage area available. Well-stocked kitchen. Porch has marsh and ocean views with deck high table that seats four, pool view one table seats four, two rockers. Convenient location to groceries, restaurants, and shops.

Seasonal Pool:
The Palms pool area also contains one non-heated soaking tub and one heated soaking tub. Neither tub has jets. The pool area is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Five stars!!! I love renting this condo (A1A The Palms) because it is dog friendly, has a well-stocked kitchen and has a wonderful table/chair to view the ocean on the front porch. The location of this condo is excellent! The condo has recently been updated with beautiful decor. I will continue to book this particular condo for so many wonderful reasons!
