Previous guests of A Summer Fling will do a double take when they walk into this gorgeous home after renovations completed in early 2024. Upon entering the home, guests' eyes will go upward to the beautiful wooden beams lining the vaulted ceiling before meandering to take in the other rustic, wooden accents throughout.

With marble countertops, stainless steel appliances and enough kitchen supplies to provide for your entire family, this stunning kitchen will make you want to stay in and cook every meal. The island includes barstools that seat four comfortably. 

The living space provides enough seating for the entire family and overlooks the sand and sun. Sit back and relax as you watch your favorite show on the flat-screen television. Walk out the ocean side door to experience the salty breeze off the Atlantic Ocean from under the covered porch.

There are three bedrooms, two of which have a sliding glass door leading to the oceanfront porch. The bunk room sleeps two comfortably. Please note the dimensions of the top bunk are small and are built for your tiny little adventurer!

The game room is perfect for an evening of family fun. When the kids go to bed it can turn into a bar and lounge for leisurely card games. Painted a forest green, the atmosphere is very alluring to creatives alike! With four comfortable chairs, this round table seats four.

Convenient to local restaurants, shops, parks and attractions. Whether your idea of a vacation is taking long naps in the island breeze, exploring local landmarks or teeing up for 18 holes at one of the area's playable but challenging golf courses, you will find your island home at A Summer Fling!

Overall, our experience was very good! Pros: we arrived at a spotlessly clean home, location was right on the beach as described, back deck was great for sipping coffee and chatting and listening to the waves, home was spacious, with plenty of storage for our belongings, kitchen was well furnished with all we needed. Cons: driveway is just sand, so it's not possible to keep the sand out of your vehicles, one of our vehicles rides very low, so we had to be cautious when pulling in, no way to rinse the salt spray off your vehicles at the home, bed frames and mattresses could stand to be upgraded (seemed to be old), no tubs in the bathrooms, just a shower with a corner seat - but there's not much room for a tub Overall, we give this home a 4 out of 5, and would stay here again and again. We recommended it to a lot of our friends already!

Wonderful location! Spacious feeling smaller home that felt very welcoming and homey. Great layout for multi-generational family and such a dog-friendly beach! My family has requested this same house for next year.
