Beach Bums is a modern, comfortable house that had many features we really liked. The layout is more open than in other rentals we have stayed in. Modern kitchen, many amenities. The owners really pay attention to the details. The kitchen was more completely supplied rather than just relying on the remnants of past residents. The crowing piece was that I left critical medications behind and OIA swiftly located them and shipped them on their way to me. The office staff is incredible and very responsive to problems of all sorts. OIA Rocks!

Beach Bums was a beautiful home and really we enjoyed the vacation of a lifetime. We absolutely loved the location,and the view and deck are spectacular. Beach Bums was spacious, but also very cozy. We really felt at home. It was amply supplied with anything that you might need for cooking. The eat in kitchen was wonderful. We ate at the kitchen counter looking out at the ocean every night. The beds were comfortable and clean. We were happy that we could to bring our dog along! We would love to stay at Beach Bums again! Can't wait to return to North Carolina!
