A Breath of Heaven offers just that - a piece of heaven at the beach -- and a wonderful family vacation too! This condo includes two beautiful sliding glass doors for viewing the stunning ocean scenery!

This first-floor unit offers breathtaking panoramic oceanfront views without the need to lug heavy luggage and groceries up three flights of stairs. Enjoy ocean sunsets via access to the deck from the master bedroom and family room. For your satisfaction, a new tub has been installed for the spare bedroom. There are laminate and tile floors throughout, tasteful decor, and much more! There are also two his-and-her beach cruiser bikes for your enjoyment to leisurely explore the island.

Enjoy high-speed wireless internet access, two flat panel high-definition Roku TVs, with a digital antenna available in the living room for local channels and a Sony PlayStation 3 in the master bedroom, two DVD/Blu-ray players, an iPod dock, stereo for playing CD's/MP3's/AM/FM radio, board games, reading material, beach chairs, boogie boards and covered parking. These are just some of the wonderful amenities awaiting you on your beach getaway. The fully appointed kitchen includes granite countertops, an icemaker, garbage disposal, microwave oven and sink/faucet, which will make meal times convenient and enjoyable.

The pool is close by, but far enough away to avoid the crowd noise and foot traffic. The beach access is adjacent to the building. Take a five-minute stroll or bike ride to the beautiful golf course located across the road and have a nice lunch or an evening drink at Duffer's Pub and Grille. Take a bike ride further along the beach for a beautiful view or tour of the Oak Island Lighthouse.

Imagine yourself opening your bedroom door in the morning and lounging on the deck. Add your morning coffee or tea while listening to the sea gulls and watching the occasional dolphins and pelicans as the waves crash on the beach.....

Those with allergies should note that although pets are not allowed for guest stays, the owner's dog may be present during owner reservations.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the home owner's association's recommendation.

Finally I am reunited with my favorite place at Oak Island. Last year I arrived the day before they closed the beach and sent all renters home. I thought I would try this again and this "A Breath of Heaven" is truly heaven! The owners have remodeled, new shower, new beds, new furniture, well stocked kitchen and magnificent washer and dryer, (my husband has all the information and I will be getting the same make and model) The view is just amazing!. Even if the weather is not good, the view and location is fabulous. Thank you owners and Oak Island Accommodation for sharing this wonderful property with me... I have already booked next year, same time... Love, Love, Love!

This was our first trip to Oak Island. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would not hesitate to come back. We are from North Carolina but had been going to Myrtle Beach for years. Our new destination will be this island. The condo was magnificent, the restaurants were great. We enjoyed the lighthouse and all the views of the surrounding water sights. The sunsets and sunrises were breathtaking. I could go on and on and last but not least thanks Oak Island Accommodations

We absolutely loved staying at Oak Island - we did everything during our 2-week stay. We toured Bald Head Island for a day and also climbed the Lighthouse (fair warning - you need to NOT be afraid of heights to do this one!) The beach was beautiful and I loved the farmer's market on Monday's and concerts on Friday's in town. The locals were very friendly and helpful as well. We will definitely come back!!
