Tucked away among the live oaks of a maritime preserve and on the 9th hole of the Oak Island Golf Course, Lucky Oaks provides a modern, updated coastal retreat that is being completely renovated in the spring of 2022. The stroll to the soft sandy beach is less than 300 yards away through the private neighborhood!

The outdoor living possibilities are unmatched with an oversized covered deck finished with rocking chairs, an outdoor dining table with seating for six and a large flat screen TV so you can be entertained while enjoying the peaceful scenes of the golf course's ninth hole.

Many 2022 upgraded features include new paint and laminate vinyl flooring throughout, stainless steel appliances, a well stocked kitchen and modern furniture. A total of five flat screen TV's with cable and streaming capabilities equip the unit with one in each bedroom, the living room as well as the before mentioned outdoor living space.

While sitting just a few hundred yards to the soft sandy beach, Lucky Oaks is right around the corner from the Oak Island Golf Course and Duffer's Bar and Grill. Rent a bike to adventure down to the Oak Island Lighthouse or the Oak Island Pier to experience the best of what Oak Island has to offer!

The Caswell Dunes pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the home owner's association's recommendation.

Lucky Oaks was extremely clean, very comfortable new mattress in the master bedroom. Very comfortable furniture and loved the view with the live oaks. Appreciated having beach chairs, an umbrella and wagon. Did not use them this time because I brought my own but will be less to pack next time if they are provided. Very thoughtful!

Recently renovated, plenty of space, the outdoor space is amazing!

We have been vacationing on Oak Island for many years, but have never stayed in Caswell Dunes. We had a school change for our kids which caused a little hiccup in our vacation plans! Thankfully, it all worked itself out, allowing us to try a new place and we LOVED it! We rented Lucky Oaks and it was the best rental we've stayed in! Recently renovated, plenty of space, the outdoor space is amazing! Just perfect! We will definitely rent here again!

We had such a wonderful anniversary staying at Lucky Oaks Condo. Thank you for being such hospitable hosts . Everything and everyone was proficient and friendly . The check in and check out process was simple and smooth, the staff were helpful and courteous. The Condo was spotless and very comfortable. The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet and peaceful . It could not have been better! Oh, and the healthcare discount was much appreciated!Thank you all so much!
