Kickback Cottage is a classic! We enjoyed our stay here while visiting with family members from Tennesse. We are from South Louisiana and usually vacation on the Gulf, but my niece wanted to try a beach house on the Atlantic. This house was perfect in so many ways. I thoroughly enjoyed the screened porch for my down time. There was plenty of parking for everyone and the beach chairs and toys that were provided were perfect because we had to fly there. My son enjoyed the book libraries and we all enjoyed the bottom level with the pool table and the ping pong table. I was surprised at how quiet the area was also.

Kickback Cottage is amazing. My husband loved how the minute he walked in, he felt at home and vacation relaxed. You've thought of everything for maximum beach enjoyment and we felt very welcomed. We will book this property again as it's part of our family now!!!!
