Hardwood floors throughout with ceramic tile in bathrooms, Two family rooms - one with wet bar and small fridge. Seven TVs, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. Three Covered porches (two oceanfront, one streetside), oceanfront sundeck with built-in bench seating, private walkway to the beach, covered parking, private seasonal outdoor swimming pool. Charcoal Park Grill.

The 2nd floor porch was my favorite place to be! It was the perfect place for the whole family to enjoy being together! The pool was very nice and relaxing!

We had a fantastic week. The weather was great and the house was even better. We loved the front porches and the easy access to the beach. The house was very clean and well maintained. The communication we had with Oak Island Accommodations was excellent. I wish all rental agency's were as caring! We look forward to renting through them again.

Loved our 2nd stay at C&E by the Sea as much as last year. This home is such a good fit for our family and is a great location on the beach. We reserved the same week in May next year and look forward to returning. We appreciate the owners sharing their lovely beach home with us.

We have gone to Oak Island for many years. This vacation was the best ever. Children, grandchildren, and friends were so impressed with the cleanliness of the house, pool & overall condition of the house. Lots of memories were made. Hopefully we will all be back next year!!

The C&E was beautiful, roomy and well decorated. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of fridge space in the house. Pool was smaller than we would have liked, however the other qualities in the house surpassed having a larger pool. House was well cleaned as were all the rentals we have had in the past with Oak Island Accomodations. We booked with another rental agency our last trip to Oak Island and it was a horrible experience we will be sticking with Oak Island Accomodations in the future and have book the house again next year.
