This charming coastal cottage offers single-story living, an incredible backyard saltwater pool oasis complete with a tiki bar and even the option of renting the available golf cart for an extra fee to truly explore the island in style.

Step into the living room and settle on the sofa or loveseat to stream your favorite shows on the large Smart TV or snuggle into the recliner with a good book instead. Sea life and mermaid themed art pieces adorn the walls throughout this home, adding a nautical flair with an enchanting touch of whimsy.

The adjacent breakfast bar is equipped with three bar-height chairs, and the eat-in kitchen offers a round glass table that seats four. A sideboard offers plenty of space to sit prepared dishes to serve from without crowding the table, and a wine cooler is also conveniently stationed here.

The kitchen provides everything you need to cook during your vacation, including all major appliances, kitchen utensils and dishes to serve and prepare meals. Bright and well lit, this welcoming space provides both a standard drip and Keurig-style coffee maker so you can start your mornings off on the right foot. Just off the kitchen, the laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer so that you can pack less and still enjoy fresh beach towels each day. Pantry space is also available here.

Right outside the primary bedroom, a bookcase in the hallway offers a collection of novels so you can take your imagination on an adventure while quietly lounging by the pool or ocean. If you prefer sports or movies as your entertainment, then you can’t beat this location! In addition to the living room TV, TVs are also located in every bedroom, on the screened porch and outside at the Tiki Bar by the pool.

The primary suite is furnished with a king bed and a small sitting area. The attached private bathroom offers double sinks, a step-in glass and tile shower stall and a separate bathtub. The walk-in closet has plenty of storage space for your items and can double as a changing area. This bathroom also offers direct access to the fenced backyard pool area and blinds for privacy.

The second bathroom in the home has hall access and is equipped with a standard tub/shower combo. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the final bedroom offers a double loft bed with an additional queen bed below.

As gorgeous as the interior of this home is, you’re sure to spend most of your time away from the beach enjoying the outdoor spaces here. The screened in porch functions as a second living room, with comfy seating, its own TV, curtains and a ceiling fan to ensure your comfort at any time of day.

Step out of the screened porch into the fully fenced backyard, where the resort-like private pool area awaits. Dine alfresco under the outdoor table's umbrella (seating for up to for 10), take a nap in the hammock, lay back and work on your tan atop the lounge chairs, or protect yourself from the sun with a second umbrella. A pair of captain’s chairs is the ideal perch for adults watching over kids in the saltwater pool, which can even be heated for an additional fee.

The shaded tiki bar area offers more seating and an outdoor kitchen area complete with a charcoal pellet grill, Blackstone flat top and mini fridge. Two TVs located here mean there’s no need to battle over which game to watch as the kids splash out any energy they have left at the end of the day. Or settle in the circle of Adirondack chairs and run your feet through the sand as you chat instead. Near the gated entrance to the backyard on the other side of the home, an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water lets you rinse sand off your little ones with ease when you return from the beach.

When you are ready to leave the pool behind for a bit and enjoy the sand and surf instead, the closest public beach access at SE 40th street is only a three-minute drive from your doorstep.

Rent the optional six-seater golf cart for an additional fee of $500/stay to help keep sand out of your personal vehicle and save on parking fees thanks to the included parking pass.

Reaching the beach by foot is also an option thanks to the scenic walkway at NE 31st St, which guides you over Davis Canal to the beach in less than a mile with incredible views of waterway vistas and local wildlife along the way.

Guests should note that an additional pool heating fee is required for each day a guest requests these services. Guest must request the pool heating and pay the fee by calling the OIA office during normal business hours at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Pool heating is only available when temperatures are 55 degrees Fahrenheit and warmer.
