A curfew remains in effect on Oak Island until Sunday at 6 a.m. (unless extended by town authorities) and both bridges are closed. Please stay off the roads. Once local authorities say it is safe to travel, follow this link for local road closures. There is flooding in inland parts of eastern NC as well, not just Brunswick County. Check this link for roadway conditions throughout the state.
