Hardwood floors in living spaces and bedrooms as well as new ceramic bathroom tiles in 2021. Dining seating for six plus two at the bar, ceiling fans in all living spaces. Screened back porch with bar height chairs, covered front porch with table and chairs. Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, new propane grill available and propane grill, landscaped backyard with fire pit, beach cart, beach chairs and plenty of parking. Within 1000ft of Middleton Beach Store and beach access. Small in-ground pool and lounge area - completed April 2019.

We have up most respect for your company....especially <BR>working with Vera! The Seashell <BR>Cottage was very clean yet the kitchen was poorly stocked. I am glad to hear that you will be addressing this issue. The location of the house was perfect access to the beach even with small children and that awesome beach cart. The permanent next door neighbors were rarely seen or heard. We have officially found our new favorite family beach!!! Cannot say enough good things about the pool....lots of floats and sand toys. There is a gas grill...not charcoal as advertised. Beds were too firm for our liking but plenty of comforters to pad the grandparents bed. Light weight blankets needed for the summer. <BR>If our concerns are met we will definitely visit this cottage again.
