This spacious home includes two large living rooms, four TV's including one 50inch CCTV with basic cable and DVD players, pool table and piano, and beautiful kitchen with plenty of seating. If you don't want to fish or go to the beach, guests can enjoy their own private outdoor seasonal swimming pool (16 x 33). Other great features of this home include a gas grill, tankless hot water system, wireless internet access, a hot and cold outside shower. Boat lift is not available for guest use.

Staying at Our Point of View was like having a home away from home. There are so many great aspects to this house. It's furnished very comfortably and has the most "extras" we've ever experienced in a rental - things that you forget to bring but that make the stay much more complete. LOVED the pantry. Kitchen is well stocked. And we loved the location. It's the first time we've not stayed with 2 rows from the ocean. We rented a golf cart for going back and forth to the beach. I didn't want to leave :(!

Great vacation spot! Well stocked home. Wonderful views and even sounds of the ocean could be heard at times. Pool, fishing, game room, elevator, hammock & kiddie corner all were fantastic. We found that the point of view for us was relaxation!!

The property is great for families. The elevator , pool, & views were fantastic. Our family had a wonderful time fishing , shrimping, & crabbing at the pier. Very spacious & everyone had their own private space. The game room was fun for the kids while the adults were enjoying the deck outside & the views. We will definitely stay here in the future. Oak Island Accommodations was very helpful & informative.
