This vacation rental welcomes one dog per reservation year-round.

This rental offers two TVs with basic cable, DVD player, Two VCRs, internet access.

New updates in 2021 include an additional full bathroom upstairs as well as new cabinets, countertops in the kitchen. The updates also include new flooring and ceilings throughout and new furniture in the both living areas.

Dog friendly (1 dog allowed). Oceanfront deck and covered porch, dune-top gazebo, enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, direct beach access via private walkway to the beach, charcoal grill. Beautifully decorated oceanfront beach home with large living room and separate den upstairs (plenty of room for the entire family).

I loved Katie Lou's place. It was perfect for our family. The house was clean and there were enough dishes, glasses, etc. The layout was great. The upstairs and downstairs living areas were especially awesome when people wanted to do different things. I would definitely rent this home again.

Oceanfront, quiet section of the beach, well stocked kitchen, though small and challenging placement of the dishwasher (have to unload onto the counter prior to putting dishes away). master suite and floor was nice with the best views, cleaning crew did a thorough job.
