Gas grill and outdoor seating for six on the upper level. Large picnic table in enclosed area on the lower level. Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. Private dock with built-in bench seating for crabbing and wildlife viewing.

Two blocks from the beach and a 10 minute walk to Ocean Crest Pier and Island Way Restaurant. Beach buggy, umbrella, toys, and bicycles provided.
