Life is Good. A term we have all heard before but only few have gotten a chance to experience it in its entirety until now. This four-bedroom beautiful abode sits diagonal from the beach and is just eleven minutes from the Oak Island Pier. This modern home is known for its unobstructive views and natural lighting.

The living room is furnished with a sectional and two additional lounge chairs. Beautifully decorated in beach décor, the wall behind the television features a nautical map. The living room also has a Pac-Man gaming station for some friendly competition with family and friends.

The dining area flowing into the living room and this area seats eight. Enjoy your favorite meal with loved ones or feast on your catch of the day from the pier. The living room is behind the dining area and has all white cabinetry along with white appliances. The bar seats four, so there is extra seating for comfort.

The first bedroom is beside the living room and has a queen bed, a television, a bathroom, and a patio to watch the stunning waves. The second bedroom is located down the hall from the dining area and features one twin-over-queen bunk bed and one twin bed, a television, and a full bathroom, which also has an entry in the hallway. Upstairs to right is the third bedroom. This serene room is furnished with a queen bed, television, a bathroom, and patio access. The fourth bedroom, which is the master bedroom, is beside the third bedroom and features a king bed, a bathroom, a work desk, mounted television, a roll-a-way bed, and patio access.

Enjoy the view on the covered deck as you take in the sun and listen to the waves crash. Listen to soothing music as you breathe the fresh air. Relax and enjoy your favorite cup of coffee all while watching the sunrise. Take pleasure in the private pool with family and friends. Don’t feel like using the kitchen? There’s a grill provided for your leisure. Indulge in this experience and see why life is so good.

We loved the house, the pool and the location. There was plenty of room for the 4 adults and 2 toddlers to be together and have some space. The games and other thoughtful extras like the pac man game were such a nice touch. We would definitely book this home again.
