This property has undergone a complete exterior renovation with new aquamarine siding, new roof, windows and sliding glass doors, expansive outdoor shower, refrigerator with ice maker, a new gas stove, new hardwood flooring throughout and new paint. The location of the house was great. Unobstructed views of the ocean and easy beach access while still within a short distance from groceries and restaurants. Mid island for ease in getting to the lighthouse and pier and the west end point. The floor plan worked well for bedrooms as well as the common areas. All appliances were in very good working condition and more than adequate kitchen supplies and small appliances. Great vacation home.

First time renters with OIA. The house was exactly what was represented on the website. Linen service was wonderful to have. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the evening enjoying the views. We will definitely use OIA for our next vacation.
