Oak Island Golf Course located across the street. Within walking distance to Oak Island Pier and restaurants near pier.

This vacation rental welcomes off-season monthly rentals and nightly rentals with a stay of three nights or more.

For guests with pet allergies, please note that dogs are occasionally present during owner reservations.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the home owner's association's recommendation.

A Reese Retreat is a very nice property ... OIA made checking in and out a breeze! Oak Island Villas overall is a very well kept property and you couldn't ask for a more convenient location. We will definitely stay here again!
