Looking for a nightly rental? Here are the dates and policies which correspond to making nightly rentals.
High Season Nightly Rentals
June 7, 2008 – August 15, 2008
Properties that allow nightly rentals are available to rent two-days prior to the check-in date.
Example: For a nightly rental beginning July 12, 2008 and ending July 14, 2008, guest must call on or after Thursday, July 10th (2 days prior to check-in) to check on nightly availability.
Shoulder/Off Season Nightly Rentals
January 1, 2008 – June 6, 2008
August 16, 2008 – December 31, 2008
Properties that allow nightly rentals are available for booking any time.
Memorial Day Weekend – Labor Day Weekend Nightly Rentals
May 24, 2008 - May 31, 2008
August 30, 2008 - September 5, 2008
Properties that allow nightly rentals are available for reservations two weeks prior to check-in date.
Quick Review
1/1/08 through 5/23/08 and 9/6/08 through 12/31/08. Nighly rentals can be booked at anytime.
5/24/08 through 5/31/08 and 8/30/08 through 9/5/08. Nightly rentals can be booked 2 weeks prior.
6/7/08 through 8/15/08. Nightly rentals can be booked 2 days prior.
