This charming home situated along the IntraCoastal waterway displays historic nautical details along with beautiful antique furnishings.
The gourmet kitchen features a gas range and top-notch tools to that make cooking a pleasure. The large dining room table seats six comfortably.
The entire upstairs is a cozy master suite with a beautiful bath featuring a large shower. The area is large enough to include a sitting area with cable television along with a desk and book shelves. Overall, the master suite is a perfect retreat that displays a gorgeous antique bed and furnishings. The views from the upstairs balconies showcase the natural beauty of the IntraCoastal waterway and the Atlantic.
The other two bedrooms each have connecting full bathrooms so privacy is never an issue.
The exterior of the home features a large deck on the back looking out to the IntraCoastal and the mouth of the Cape Fear River. Watch the large ships occasionally pass by on their way to Wilmington or out to sea. As you enjoy the deck, you will also find an interesting neighbor, the Oak Island Lighthouse. It's a treat to enjoy the evening on the deck with the stalwart light shining out to sea.
