Large windows are facing the ocean and there are sliding doors with the three bedrooms on the ocean side. The family room is on the first floor and is open and light. Games, TV, VCR and DVD with 5.1 digital surround sound are in the family room.

Wireless Broadband and router are available for high speed internet access. For the readers, many children and adult books are available. The family room, dining room, and kitchen utilize an open design plan.

The dining table seats 8-10. There is an island between the kitchen and dining room with three chairs on the dining room side. There are hardwood floors in the family room and dining room with rugs. Ceramic tile is in the kitchen with tile counters. Fully stocked kitchen.

There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor. One faces the ocean and has a queen bed and its own bathroom. The other is on the backside and has a double bed and twin with a trundle bed. This room has a TV/DVD. There is carpet in all of the bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
The couch lets out to a queen sleeper sofa. There is a washer/dryer on the first floor.

On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. One is the master bedroom with a king bed and TV. The other has a queen bed. Each faces the ocean. All 3 of the bedrooms facing the ocean have sliding glass doors opening onto the porches
(one on each level).

There is a downstairs outside shower w/h&c. Charcoal grill is available. To summarize, there are 4 bedrooms and 4 adjoining bathrooms. There are 3 TVs and 2 DVDs and 1 VCR. The beds are as follows: 1 king, 2 queens, 1 full, 1 twin with a trundle, and 1 queen sleeper sofa.
