Luxury at the Beach! The entire home was remodeled in the Spring of 2005. New carpet and tile throughout.
This beach house boasts all the luxuries of home. The spacious living room with vaulted ceilings is inviting to all. The large sectional couch is great for looking out to the ocean, taking a siesta or watching a movie on the 26'' Flat Screen High Definition TV with VCR and DVD player.
The open floor plan extends into the kitchen with 4 bar stools and a large dining room table with 6 chairs. Enjoy this well appointed kitchen that includes all new appliances.
The oceanview downstairs bedroom has a king bed, a private sink, and a TV. The streetside downstairs bedroom hosts a queen Bed, a private sink and a TV. Upstairs has 2 more bedrooms and the Kids room. The kids room has a trundle bed (2 singles), two chairs and a 36'' Flat Screen TV with a VCR. The oceanfront upstairs bedroom has a King Bed, private sink and a 19'' flat screen TV with a VCR and DVD player. The streetside upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, a private sink and a TV. Each room is bright and the feel of being at the beach is expressed in all the decorations.
This home is equiped with a portacrib, umbrella stroller, high chair and a baby gate. Enjoy the plethera of puzzles, games and books for afternoon enjoyment.
After a great day at the beach don't forget to take a relaxing shower in the outside shower with hot and cold water. The front deck is partially covered and you have a private sun deck off the upstairs bedroom. Enjoy the evening sunsets sitting in the rocking chairs and the double glider. The new composite decking is a definite plus to avoid those terrible splinters from other regular decks.
