Conch Out, a four bedroom and two and half bath cottage, has an open floor plan on the upper level. Spacious kitchen, dining room and living room combo with tile and hardwood floors. Large windows spanning the entire length of the house to allow for beautiful views of the marsh, waterway and Historic Southport.
The kitchen boasts all types of ammenities from the unique convection oven to having three coffee makers. The sectional couch faces all the windows for those beautiful views, enjoying an evening movie or listening to music on the stereo with CD and cassette player. The large back deck has several chairs and a chaise for your enjoyment. The master suite is on the upper level with a half bath in the room. Wait until you see the fish on the wall- they almost look real! There is an additional full bath with a bathtub just outside the bedroom.
Out the front door enjoy another large deck for sunning, viewing the blue ocean waters and the spectacular view of the Oak Island Lighthouse.
Take a journey downstairs on the unique spriral staircase to find more to this well appointed cottage. There are several couches and a TV for those who choose to sit and relax; maybe read a book, take a siesta or watch that sporting event. The two living areas are great for families with children for additional comfort and relaxation.There are three more bedrooms all tastefully decorated for your time at the beach. The tile floors give it an extra special feel of life at the beach.
After strolling across to the beach, as the access is just diaganolly across from the cottage, come home and enjoy a wonderful outside shower with hot and cold water. In the late afternoon take a stroll to the Oak Island Lighthouse. Get the pictures that make memories. You have not been to the beach until you have relaxed at Conch Out!
