The ''C'' House is a cedar-sided Oceanfront Beach house with lots of room for a family get-together.

There's plenty of room for the family to spread out and engage in different activities. The first-floor bedroom has easy access to the kitchen and great room with a large capacity dining area.

There are three large bedrooms upstairs, two with their own TV/VCR. The upstairs also has two full baths and it's own family room with table and chairs for games or projects and an additional TV with VCR.

The best part of the house is the deck which is partially covered for those who need shade, plus a big sunny area for getting that perfect tan. Of course, there are rockers, a picnic table and built-in seating so everyone can enjoy the wonderful ocean views.

An outside shower completes the beach package. Located on the Turtle Dune with a wide expanse of beach that can be reached with private dune crossover.
