Here, you will find a delightful setting for family and friends. Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms, one with gorgeous porch views of the sea and intracoastal waters merging and the other of the marsh grasses and waterway. Wildlife ebbs and flows with the tide, keeping you fascinated at every step around the property.

The upstairs portion of the house offers a convenient business center which includes internet access, a fax machine, and (upon request) a laptop computer. Those who come to the beach both to work and play will find this connection to the rest of the world highly advantageous with the added benefit of a marshside inspiration porch for meditating in search of great ideas.

Downstairs on the main floor lies another gorgeous bedroom marshside. In the common area of this same level is the Carolina kitchen, equipped with everything needed for fine dining to casual meals and featuring its own window looking toward the ocean, stylish stone tiling backsplash, and counter seating for four. It oversees a spacious 8-seated dining area, comfortable living room with big-screen TV, and a wrap-around view to wide front and back porches outside. In the back, steps lead down from the porch to marsh-side pool and on down the boardwalk to the boat slip serves as a fishing spot and dock for your boat.

At ground level, a wonderful ''kids kave'' bedroom sports three comfortable bunks and a huge 52-inch television set with plenty of space for games and an easy access to the spacious front yard.
