The quiet neighborhood is excellent for walking, cycling, and jogging. Walk 1/2 block to the beach! Less than 2 blocks to bait shop and grocery.
The ''Beach Oaks'' is aptly named for the beautiful live oak trees scattered throughout the landscaped yard providing shade and a soothing atmosphere.
The Deck off of the master bedroom overlooks the back yard. The lawn provides plenty of room for outdoor activities such as Badminton, Bocce Ball, Croquet and more!
