Yet, it is equally close to this house are nearby shops and restaurants, also the Oak Island Bridge is less than a mile.
Enjoy the serenity here! This spacious house has living space above ground, a lovely breezeway at ground level, a back and front yard with attractive landscaping--just the place to de-stress.
Enjoy the newly painted interior with its bright and beachy yellow walls. Comfortable carpeting and ceiling fans througout. Television, stereo, clock radio, and boardgames for your pleasure, plus several bicycles to you to use in wandering around the quiet neighborhood streets and woodland areas.
The wide carport includes a picnic table and side table, outdoor furniture, and plenty of gentle island breezes to transport you to a state of relaxation. Plenty of carport and driveway parking, too. In season, enjoy grapes on the trellis in the back yard and the antics of the wildlife hopping in the shady trees.
Upstairs, the outdoor deck in back provides opportunities for meals or just lounging, and the covered enclosed sunporch in the front is a great place for naps, reading, or having a chat. The washer/dryer is located adjacent to the covered back deck in a separate room from the house. The outdoor shower is at back of home.
