The greatroom has a tile floor with "beach" colorful furniture, a dining room set which seats 8-10 comfortably. Extra seating is also available at the counter bar.
The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of glass ware, flatware and place settings. The refrigerator has an ice maker, and there is a second refrigerator in the Laundry Room which also has an ice maker.
The oceanfront porch is large and child-proof with a gate! Most bedrooms have new mattresses and new bedding. Bathrooms are configured to give private half-bath with only a shared shower area to each of the three bedrooms with queen beds. Bedrooms, hallway, and stairs all have carpet throughout.
An inside staircase leads to the downstairs laundry room and gameroom with an ocean view--perfectly equipped for kids or teens.
An inside commode and shower are located just off the laundry room on the ground floor, as well as a ground level door to the enclosed outside shower.
There is a covered patio with ocean view for those who enjoy some shade.
