3 Bedrooms/ 2 Baths: 3 Queens, 1 Double Futon, 1 Queen Sofabed, sleep 10 comfortably. 3 CCTV's with extended cable including a 37 in. flat screen with surround sound and built in DVD and CD player, additional DVD player with second CCTV. Double Futon is located in bonus room. Newly updated home in 2010 featuring fresh paint, remodeled kitchen, updated decor and new furniture. Cozy, well-equipped kitchen features tile floors, seating for four beside sliding door leading to oversized front porch with bench seating. Additional seating in dining area with table and chairs for six. Upstairs overlooks living and dining area below and both bedrooms have access to covered porch on the back of the house. Carolina Room features queen sofabed and overlooks fenced dog run and leashed dog run. Home is conveniently located walking distance to convenience store and just a few blocks to direct beach access via street side walk.
