Nightly Rental Policies

Looking for a nightly rental? Here are the dates and policies which correspond to making nightly rentals.

High Season Nightly Rentals
June 6, 2009 – August 14, 2009

Properties that allow nightly rentals are available to rent two-days prior to the check-in date.

Example: For a nightly rental beginning July 11, 2009 and ending July 13, 2009, guest must call on or after Thursday, July 9th (2 days prior to check-in) to check on nightly availability.

Shoulder/Off Season Nightly Rentals
December 31, 2008 – June 5, 2009
August 15, 2009 – December 30, 2009

Properties that allow nightly rentals are available for booking any time.

Memorial Day Weekend – Labor Day Weekend Nightly Rentals
May 23, 2009 - May 30, 2009
August 29, 2009 - September 4, 2009

Properties that allow nightly rentals are available for reservations two weeks prior to check-in date.

Quick Review

12/31/09 through 5/22/09 and 9/5/09 through 12/30/09. Nighly rentals can be booked at anytime.

5/23/09 through 5/30/09 and 8/29/09 through 9/4/09. Nightly rentals can be booked 2 weeks prior.

6/6/09 through 8/14/09. Nightly rentals can be booked 2 days prior.
