Departure maid service is included in the advertised rate for 2010 for nightly & weekly rentals. No more spending the last day of your vacation buying cleaning supplies, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and cleaning toilets or having to worry about how much it will cost to have the house cleaned. So sit back and enjoy your vacation from beginning to end.

No Convenience Fees

You will now be able to pay for your reservation with your credit card without any pesky convenience fees. No more having to come up with the cash in December for your vacation in July. Of course our preferred method of payment remains your personal check, but now you have the option to call or log on to "GuestWeb" and charge your vacation to your MasterCard or Visa.

Linen Service Included

Most properties 3 bedrooms and larger are including linens in the rental and most of these properties will have the beds made for you before you arrive. No having to worry about that extra space in your suitcase for those bulky sheets & towels. This is just another way we are making your vacation more enjoyable.
