4 Bedrooms/ 2 Baths: 1 Queen, 2 Doubles, 2 Singles. CCTV, DVD player, VCR. This third row beach house includes solid surface counter tops, range, highchair, crib, ceiling fans throughout, 4 decks with ocean views, covered porch, 2 screened porches, outdoor shower. Within walking distance of convenience mart, shops & resturants. Maximum occupancy is 8. You enter the great room through a carpeted screen porch. There you will find the living area, dining area, and kitchen. The vaulted ceiling in the great room gives you a feeling of openness. There is seating for eight adults in the living room. A lighted shell case displays many beautiful and unusual shells, most found on the Carolina coast.
In the dining area, a large oak table comfortably seats 8. In addition, there is a high chair, and 4 barstools for use at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is well furnished and conveniently laid out.
Two bedrooms (both with double beds), a laundry room, and a full bath are found off the great room. The front bedroom has a crib. A stairway leads from the great room to two additional bedrooms and full bath on the second floor.
The upstairs ocean side bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the front bedroom has 2 single beds. All bedrooms have large closets, chest of drawers, ceiling fans, and doors leading to 4 individual decks, from which you can see the ocean. Screen porch chairs, deck chairs, and beach chairs are available for your use.
The house is only one short block from the beach. You will find a walkway over the dunes to the beach, which makes for easy walking.
The concrete area under the house is a good place for children to skate or play. There is also an enclosed shower with hot and cold water.
At the beginning of the season,Nintendo game system, games and DVDs are furnished. However, we can not promise these to be available or working all season.
