3 Bedrooms/ 1.5 Baths: 2 Queens, 2 Singles. CCTV, DVD player, VCR, ceiling fans, deck w/furniture, O/S w/H&C, near convenience mart. Also available for off-season monthly rentals. The queen master suite has a private ½ bath, wonderful oceanfront views and access to full ocean side deck. The second oceanfront bedroom has a queen bed and private access to full ocean side deck. The third bedroom is at street side with two twin beds. All of these bedrooms have dressers, new bedding, hanging space, digital clocks, and overhead lighting.
For entertainment, count on expanded cable, board games, puzzles, reading books, and magazines. Outside, enjoy two decks with furniture and two outdoor showers, one with hot/cold running water to rinse off salt and sand or to clean off feet that have been dashing down sandy paths. One shower is on the ocean side deck, (which is great for rinsing off the kids before they go inside!) and the other is a fully enclosed (hot & cold) located under the house. There is a large dining table for 6 to enjoy your home cooked meal in the well-stocked completely new kitchen. If your too tired from your day of island activities then make some make dinner reservations at one of the great local restaurants or grab some take out to enjoy at home.
Nicely decorated, this clean, well-cared for beach house has been completely repainted inside and out, features a remodeled well-equipped kitchen with range, microwave, refrigerator, & dishwasher. Ceiling fan to circulate air (especially refreshing during summer), and air-conditioning unit with heat pump.
Crabbie Shack has a great location near the Middleton Ave and the Ocean Crest pier where you can enjoy great fishing and fabulous dining! Since our beach is a Turtle Sanctuary, you have a good chance of baby sightings during the hatching season. You will be delighted by the unique animal life that calls our beach home, from the pelicans gliding over the breaking waves to the porpoises playing just off shore everyday! Beach fishing brings the catch of the day to the dinner table at night, and constant ocean breezes makes kite flying a delight for all ages!
