Entry Guidelines

1. By uploading your photos, you grant Oak Island Accommodations permission to use your photo submission(s) for use in any of its marketing, advertising or promotional materials, without payment or any other consideration.
2. Photos must be of places, people or events on or near Oak Island, North Carolina.
3. Please upload your photos in a high-resolution (6MP+) digital JPG format. Other file formats such as PDF, TIF, BMP, etc. cannot be accepted.
4. We will accept paper photos, but entry will be depend on our ability to successfully scan the image.
5. Photos including recognizable faces must be of immediate family members. If you have photos you would like to enter in the contest that contain recognizable faces of anyone not in your immediate family, you must provide a signed Model Release Agreement to Oak Island Accommodations.
6. No purhcase is necessary to enter.
