This beautiful Caswell Beach home, located just under a mile from the Oak Island Lighthouse, has incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean, Bald Head Island, Cape Fear River, and Southport. The house backs up to open marsh with unrestricted views of the Southport harbor, Intracoastal Waterway, Elizabeth River, and Oak Island's mainland. With breathtaking views all around, sunrises and sunsets are equally spectacular!

Don't forget to pack your sunglasses and flip flops! Beach access is less than 150 feet in either direction. Guests will also be delighted with the professionally decorated interior and tasteful furnishings. There are plenty of rocking chairs for relaxing on the decks or screened porch where you can enjoy the serenity of the ocean/marsh location.

At ground level there is plenty of covered parking, an outdoor shower, charcoal grill and space for a hammock (stored in the back bedroom upstairs).

The first floor master bedroom has 108" of windows and doors that provide direct marsh views. This bedroom has a queen bed, deck access, private bath with jacuzzi tub, and large walk-in closet (storage for highchair and pack n' play). The front bedroom has a queen bed and private bath.

Also on the first floor, you'll find a large and bright kitchen, well-equipped with new stainless steel appliances and an ice maker. The glass dining table has six Parson's chairs, with four additional seats at the bar. The living area is very open, with a high ceiling where you may watch the flashes from the lighthouse reflected off the wall at night. In addition, there are ceiling fans throughout, front and rear decks, a guest ½ bath, high-speed internet access, DVD/VHS, flat screen TV and a utility closet with a washer and dryer.

The second floor features a large marshview bedroom with a private deck and queen and trundle beds. There is a well stocked bookcase, rocking chair, TV and DVD/VHS. The front bedroom has a queen bed, rocking chair and a private deck with great ocean views. These two rooms share a bathroom with a high window that, at night, offers light from the lighthouse.
