With nothing behind the unit except the ocean, it's very quiet and peaceful, plus you have the benefit of being in the building right next to the pool. After you go down the stairs, you're about 10 steps to the pool! In other units, the pool is so far away, you may decide it's too much trouble to go back and forth from the beach to the pool. But, with this unit, your beach access is right next to the pool, so it's convenient to go back and forth throughout the day. After all...that's why you came to the beach!
Oak Island Golf Club is right across the street, and there are several other golf courses nearby.
