Downstairs, the back deck overlooking the marsh seats 4 and opens into dining room. With lots of counter space and beautiful views of marsh, the kitchen provides a great gathering place, that is when everyone isn't at the beach. Dining seating allows for for 6 and 4 at bar. Stacked Washer/Dryer on the first floor.
