LATEST OAK ISLAND NEWS Thursday, June 28, 2007- Oak Island Accommodations receives Southport-Oak Island Chamber of Commerce 2006-07 Customer Service Award. It is a pleasure and honor to receive this recognition that includes all the employees of OIA! Customer Service has always been our top priority. We define customer service as providing a good thing with a caring attitude. Many of OIA's services began with an idea. So, the idea is good, but it is the people, the team, that make it work. Our customer service team consists of maintenance, housekeeping, marketing, guest services (which is reservations and front desk), property managers and our sister companies, Oak Island Linen & Beach Rentals and Island Spas. On behalf of 43 OIA family members, thank you for recognizing all of their hard work. |
